Available Positions

• Senior Facility Management (FM) Consultant – Mechanical/Electrical
• Hard Service Consultant – Mechanical/Electrical
• Electrical Engineer (Saudi National)

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing expert consultancy and operational support in the areas of mechanical and electrical services, overseeing facility management contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to the maintenance and smooth operation of engineering systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Senior FM Consultant

• Engineering degree in relevant discipline
• At least 15 years of experience in facility management
• Experience in consultancy or FM management agencies is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, hard and soft services, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
• Certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PMP are advantageous

Hard Service Consultant (Mechanical/Electrical)

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of FM experience
• Strong expertise in MEP systems, contract management, and KPI/SLA oversight
• Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Risk Management standards
• CFM, FMP, or PMP certifications preferred

Electrical Engineer (Saudi National)

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of operation and maintenance (O&M) experience
• Practical experience with low and medium voltage (LV/MV) systems, transformers, generators, and UPS systems
• Membership with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory
