We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage inventory materials effectively, ensuring accurate stock records and the availability of supplies to support smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Storekeeper will handle the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining organized and safe warehouse conditions. Primary duties include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Storing materials properly with meticulous handling
• Issuing items based on authorized requisitions
• Updating and maintaining inventory records through the inventory management system
• Conducting regular stock counts and facilitating inventory audits
• Monitoring stock levels and promptly reporting shortages, damages, or inconsistencies
• Accurately completing and filing all relevant warehouse documentation
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met within the store
• Collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to support timely replenishment of stock
• Adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
• Good command of the English language; additional languages are considered an advantage
