Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal to join a prominent QPSC-listed diversified group based in Qatar. This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional fluent in both Arabic and English, ready to lead and influence the legal framework across multiple industries including technology, automotive, construction, retail, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Legal, you will provide expert legal counsel on all corporate and commercial matters. Your responsibilities will include managing mergers and acquisitions, resolving complex legal disputes, and overseeing the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements. You will lead a team of lawyers, work closely with internal stakeholders to safeguard the company’s interests, attend board meetings, and facilitate the drafting of corporate resolutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of legal experience, either within a law firm or in-house environment
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a legal team effectively
• Experience working in a multi-industry group or corporate structure
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills
