We are urgently seeking a Senior Design Architect with expertise in healthcare and hospital projects to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who is passionate about creating innovative and functional healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications tailored to healthcare projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee project progress from concept through completion, maintaining high-quality standards and timelines.
• Incorporate sustainable and patient-centered design principles into all projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 to 10+ years of professional architectural design experience with a strong focus on hospital and healthcare projects.
• Proven expertise in delivering complex healthcare infrastructure designs.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design challenges and regulatory requirements specific to healthcare environments.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficient use of architectural software and tools.

Requirements

• Current residence in Riyadh or willing to transfer with a transferable Iqama.
• Immediate availability to join the team.
