Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Arabic-speaking Branch Supervisor to lead our automotive service branch in the UAE. This role involves managing both sales and technical teams while ensuring smooth daily operations. Candidates should have a strong background in the automotive service industry and demonstrate excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the complete branch operations, including staff management and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily branch functions to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Leading and coordinating Sales Advisors and Automotive Technicians to meet performance goals
• Facilitating effective communication between sales and workshop teams
• Monitoring sales targets and driving efforts to achieve them
• Managing branch resources such as manpower, inventory, and equipment
• Addressing customer concerns and working to enhance overall satisfaction
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedural standards
• Preparing detailed reports on branch performance for senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the automotive service sector
• Fluent Arabic speaker with good command of English communication
• Proven leadership skills managing sales and technical teams successfully
• Strong knowledge of automotive workshop operations and customer service best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet sales targets
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 4000 to AED 5000, negotiable based on experience. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
