We are currently seeking friendly and professional Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
• Keep dining tables clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Address any menu-related inquiries and accommodate special requests as needed.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar waiter or waitress role is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with guests.
• A friendly demeanor along with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and collaborative during busy service periods.
• Immediate availability to join the team is highly desirable.
