Job Overview

SISCO is currently seeking a qualified Buyer to join their procurement team in Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals who have a solid background in procurement, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector. The Buyer will play a crucial role in managing purchasing activities and ensuring compliance with company and industry procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, adhering to Saudi Aramco purchasing guidelines. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will work closely with various departments to align procurement strategies with project requirements, maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Procurement or supply chain certifications such as CIPS or CPP are preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco procurement procedures is essential.
• Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office tools, and Oracle NetSuite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements effectively.
