Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Camp Supervisor to manage and oversee workers’ accommodation facilities in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, orderly living environment while maintaining discipline and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities within the workers’ accommodation, ensuring compliance with established rules and discipline.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes for residents accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and routine facility checks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Address daily issues promptly, coordinating with maintenance teams and reporting relevant matters to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing workers’ accommodation or similar facilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Highly organized, responsible, and capable of maintaining discipline.
