Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Draftsman for an urgent assignment based in Qatar. This is a local hiring opportunity with an initial contract of 2 months, which may be extended based on project requirements. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of relevant experience and proven expertise in preparing detailed layouts and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for producing precise mechanical and electrical drawings, ensuring all designs align with engineering specifications. Duties include interpreting complex technical drawings, creating layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in all documentation. Meeting project deadlines and working independently will be essential to success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools
• Strong ability to interpret and create technical drawings and engineering documents
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of working autonomously under tight deadlines
• Freelancers and candidates available for immediate joining are preferred

Preferred Expertise

Experience specifically in mechanical and electrical drafting is highly advantageous. The ability to independently manage tasks and deliver quality results within set timelines will be valued greatly.
