We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in the bustling real estate industry located in Doha, Qatar. This role requires a candidate who is customer-oriented and able to manage front desk operations efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing appointments, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Multitasking and maintaining a professional demeanor are essential to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, ideally within the Real Estate sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior work experience in Qatar will be considered an advantage

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from QAR 4,000 to QAR 4,500 per month. Additionally, company-provided accommodation and transportation are included as part of the employment package.
