Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing and motivating sales teams to achieve business goals. Your duties will include overseeing outdoor and telesales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving growth in various sales channels. You will also manage client relationships and ensure the team meets performance targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading outdoor and telesales teams
• Proven expertise in B2B, B2C, and corporate sales environments
• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving Licence
• Arabic nationality preferred, with Egyptians encouraged to apply
