GESCO is actively looking for skilled engineering professionals to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. We have multiple openings across various disciplines within our Execution, Technical, QA/QC, Commercial, Stores, and Admin departments. If you have a solid track record working with Tier-1 MEP contractors and experience on prestigious projects such as luxury villas, gated communities, high-rise buildings, or infrastructure developments, we want to hear from you.

Available Positions

We have roles suited for various experience levels, including senior managers, engineers, and site engineers specializing in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Additionally, we require BIM modelers, QA/QC engineers, quantity surveyors, and support staff such as storekeepers and document controllers.

• MEP Project Manager (15–20 years experience)
• Assistant Project Manager (11–15 years experience)
• Senior Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Engineers (9–13 years experience)
• Site Engineers and Junior Site Engineers with 2 to 7 years experience
• Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) with 10–14 years experience
• Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical BIM Modelers (4–8 years experience)
• Senior and Junior QA/QC Engineers in Electrical and Mechanical fields
• Senior Storekeeper, Storekeeper, Assistant Storekeeper
• Document Controller and Assistant Document Controller
• Time Keeper

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have between 3 and 15+ years of relevant experience working with leading MEP contractors in the UAE. Previous involvement in projects requiring approvals from DEWA, SEWA, or DCD is highly advantageous. Applicants must also hold relevant degrees or diplomas attested with equivalency and MOFA certification for UAE recognition.
