Job Overview

Arctica Vending Machines LLC SPC is seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to lead and expand its vending and coffee business based in Abu Dhabi. This role goes beyond traditional management, inviting a business-minded individual who is eager to build, manage, and grow a thriving operation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee multiple aspects of the business, including:

• Generating new sales leads and identifying business opportunities
• Building and maintaining partnerships with customers and new location providers
• Managing day-to-day vending machine operations effectively
• Driving growth in both the coffee and vending segments
• Supervising staff performance and conducting regular monitoring
• Handling office administration and operational tasks
• Maintaining strong customer relationship management
• Following up on sales, payments, and overall business activities
• Identifying emerging market opportunities
• Taking ownership to meet or exceed business growth targets

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Ability to manage daily business operations independently
• Strong communication skills for confident interaction with customers and corporate clients
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
• Target-driven and results-oriented approach
• Natural aptitude to recognize and convert opportunities into tangible business results
• Willingness to take initiative and grow alongside the company
• Experience in vending, coffee, FMCG, or hospitality industries is highly advantageous
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license preferred
