Job Overview

We are currently seeking qualified professionals for the roles of Storekeeper and Storekeeper Assistant to join a prominent road and infrastructure project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in construction or infrastructure materials management who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Storekeeper:

• Manage receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials related to road and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Control inventory flow and support logistical operations to meet project requirements.
• Utilize MS Excel and ERP systems efficiently to track materials and update documentation.

Storekeeper Assistant:

• Support the storekeeper by assisting in receiving, arranging, issuing, and counting inventory items.
• Help maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Communicate clearly and contribute to a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Storekeeper candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with a preference for those familiar with road materials.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures, stock reconciliation, and documentation is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software systems for material tracking.
• Storekeeper Assistant candidates should possess prior experience in warehouse or store operations within the construction sector.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are important for supporting daily activities in both roles.
