We are urgently seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineers for immediate local hire in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in facilities management, especially within commercial or critical infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing planned preventive maintenance, as well as reactive and corrective maintenance tasks. You will manage and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure smooth operations. Supervising MEP teams and external service providers will be a critical aspect, alongside strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, preferably in the commercial or critical facilities sector.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and facilities management operations.
• Expertise in Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems as well as SLA and KPI management.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with contractors and managing client relations.
• Well-versed in Health, Safety & Environmental regulations, including Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience in supervising engineering teams and service providers.
• Strong communication skills paired with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
