Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a vehicle recovery business. This role requires managing the operations to ensure efficient service delivery, fleet management, and smooth coordination with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recovery and towing operations ensuring timely and professional service.
• Manage and supervise drivers and operational staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Coordinate and schedule recovery assignments based on customer requests and priorities.
• Monitor fleet condition, ensure regular vehicle maintenance, and evaluate driver performance.
• Liaise effectively with garages, insurance companies, and customers for seamless operations.
• Address operational challenges promptly and provide solutions to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Ensure all activities comply with UAE safety standards and traffic regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in vehicle recovery, towing, fleet management, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Prior work experience within the UAE is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good knowledge of UAE road networks and key locations.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
