Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with administrative skills to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a candidate with basic accounting expertise and a background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, and generating accurate financial statements. You will also assist with bookkeeping tasks, maintain organized financial records, and support daily administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with Tally ERP software
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Experience preparing invoices, financial reports, and statements
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction within the team
• Good organizational abilities with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in a contracting or manpower supply company will be considered an advantage, enhancing your ability to handle industry-specific accounting and administrative challenges.
