Job Overview

Al Fajer Facilities Management is seeking qualified Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineers for immediate openings in Dubai. This opportunity targets professionals with extensive experience in managing MEP systems for high-rise buildings and facility management companies.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale developments. Duties include ensuring smooth operation of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and complying with safety standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in MEP engineering, particularly in high-rise building projects and facility management in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of Dubai’s building codes and FM industry standards.

Eligibility and Application Details

Applicants must currently hold a Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa to be considered. The hiring process includes a walk-in interview scheduled on October 2nd, 5th, and 6th, 2026, between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.
