We are looking to hire a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a vibrant cafe located in Riyadh. This role is perfect for individuals with a flair for coffee craftsmanship and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of espresso-based beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, and more. You will ensure each drink is crafted to perfection, maintaining consistency and quality in every cup served.

In addition, the role involves understanding different coffee beans and brewing techniques to provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations and a superior coffee experience.

Additionally, showcasing latte art skills will be highly appreciated and considered a strong advantage while engaging with customers.

Required Skills

• Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years as a barista in a busy cafe setting
• Expertise in preparing espresso-based drinks with precision and creativity
• Solid knowledge of coffee beans, grind sizes, and various brewing methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for excellent customer service
• Ability to perform latte art or barista art to enhance the customer experience is a plus
