Key Responsibilities

The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, handling appointment scheduling, and maintaining clear communication between patients and dental professionals. The role also includes managing patient records, coordinating appointments to optimize clinic flow, and assisting with general administrative duties to support smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years of proven experience as a Dental Receptionist, preferably within a dental clinic or medical center setting
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage patients empathetically and professionally
• Strong organizational capability, particularly in managing appointments and patient inquiries
• Comfortable working with scheduling software and handling multiple tasks efficiently
