We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Incharge to oversee daily kitchen operations in Doha, Qatar. This permanent position involves managing the preparation of Chinese & Grill or Chinese & North Indian dishes while ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The ideal candidate will lead a kitchen team, manage workflow efficiently, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include supervising all kitchen activities, coordinating food preparation, and maintaining stock levels of ingredients and supplies. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to kitchen staff, monitoring food quality and hygiene, and ensuring timely service. Training and guiding junior staff is also a crucial part of the role to maintain consistent food standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Incharge, Sous Chef, or in a similar supervisory kitchen role.
• Strong cooking skills in Chinese & Grill or Chinese & North Indian cuisines.
• Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Availability for immediate joining.
