SPAC Company, a reputable organization based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join their dynamic purchasing and procurement team. This role focuses on managing the procurement process efficiently, ensuring effective supplier relationships, and supporting the company’s operational needs through strategic purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire purchasing cycle from requisition to order placement and delivery follow-up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and favorable contract terms.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure advantageous deals for the company.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to assess purchasing needs and provide procurement support.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement roles with a thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation skills aimed at obtaining cost-effective agreements while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of contract management and supplier evaluation techniques.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
