Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled Scaffolding Supervisors and Scaffolders for immediate positions in Qatar. These roles are based at RLIC / MIC and related oil and gas construction sites, with a contract duration of six months that may be extended. Successful candidates will join a dynamic team supporting key infrastructure projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will oversee scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements. Scaffolders will be responsible for assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures efficiently and safely under supervision. Both roles demand meticulous attention to quality and adherence to all operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in oil and gas construction scaffolding
• Strong background as either a Scaffolding Supervisor or Scaffolder within large-scale projects
• Relevant experience working on RLIC, MIC, or similar oil and gas developments is highly preferred
• Level 2 or Level 3 VOC Certification
• Valid CISRS Certificate along with the CISRS ID Card
• Must hold Freelancer Visa and a valid Qatar ID (QID)
• Your sponsor’s documents are necessary for gate pass processing
