We are seeking a dedicated Attendance Coordinator to join our team in Qatar on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR operations, specifically attendance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing attendance tracking, managing leave and absences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

The Attendance Coordinator will monitor daily attendance records, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with various departments to manage and resolve attendance issues. This role requires maintaining accurate data and supporting HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations or attendance management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in spoken and written forms.
• Proficient knowledge of attendance tracking systems, leave management processes, and absence control methodologies.
• Understanding of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements specific to the region.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in preparing accurate attendance and absence reports for management review.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree considered an advantage, supporting their expertise in HR operations.
