Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Filipino Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proactive leader who can efficiently oversee restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the restaurant environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Coordinate with the management to implement company policies and standards

Requirements

• Filipino nationality
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory role
• Possession of a valid Baladiya Card
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and responsibility
• Hardworking attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
