We are currently looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist with experience in the retail sector to join our team in Bahrain immediately. This role involves providing hands-on technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems that support retail activities. Candidates with a Bahrain driving license and ready to start without delay will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to end-users within retail operations, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot retail-specific IT systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create, analyze, and manage critical business data effectively.
• Support staff training initiatives to enhance users’ familiarity and competence with IT tools and systems.
• Ensure all IT operations align with the business processes to support continuous retail activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT support, ideally within the retail industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills to assist non-technical users.
• Familiarity with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
• Immediate availability and possession of a valid Bahrain driving license.
