Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Specialist with strong retail industry knowledge to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with systems and software used in retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users in retail operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and manage retail-related IT systems.
Create, analyze, and manage data using Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge preferred).
Ensure smooth IT operations to support business processes.
Assist in training staff on IT tools and systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
