Trust Arabia is seeking highly skilled professionals for long-term roles as Drainage Advisor and Drainage Operations Advisor, specializing in the wastewater and drainage sector. These positions are based in Qatar and require extensive industry experience to provide expert guidance on wastewater operations, maintenance, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for advising on wastewater operational processes, maintenance strategies, and drainage management. This includes supporting asset management initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and implementing risk control measures. The roles also involve delivering technical, strategic, and financial advice, alongside overseeing project, contract, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline from recognized institutions in North America, Western Europe, or Australia. A strong background in wastewater operations and maintenance, health, safety, and quality standards is essential. Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) is preferred, and chartered membership is considered a valuable advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 30 years of professional experience is required, with at least 10 years devoted to the wastewater industry. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years within an operation and maintenance organization to demonstrate hands-on expertise in the field.
