Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee CCTV, access control, and network projects based in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects. Candidates with Arabic nationality are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing technical projects related to security and networking. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery. They will coordinate between clients and project teams while providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with industry standards are also core duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years in project management, specifically in CCTV, access control, and networking solutions
• Proven expertise handling large, complex technical projects
• Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and direct multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams
• Superior planning and problem-solving aptitude to address challenges proficiently
