We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with a strong background in civil or mechanical engineering to join a reputable organization in Doha, Qatar. This role requires hands-on experience in construction or fit-out projects, managing technical documentation and ensuring seamless project delivery while adhering to local regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to completion. Key duties include:

• Managing and organizing all technical documentation related to projects.
• Preparing and reviewing submissions, cost estimates, and project approvals.
• Coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring all projects comply with the regulatory requirements of Qatar authorities such as Ashghal and Kahramaa.
• Maintaining accurate project records and meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and possess proven experience within the construction or fit-out sectors. Additional requirements include:

• Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submittals, and approval processes.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and accurate project estimations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems effectively while working independently under pressure.
