Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in water process systems, telecommunications, instrumentation, and control solutions. This role involves identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and EPC contractors, and overseeing the sales process from prequalification through to project handover. Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of new sales opportunities targeting water/process systems, telecom, instrumentation, and control industries. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and EPC contractors, managing the prequalification process and sustaining an active sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with technical teams to clarify customer requirements, budgets, and tender schedules. Oversee proposal preparation, presentations, follow-up communications, and coordinate the award and delivery process with respective teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales or business development, specifically within water processes, telecommunications, or control systems.
• Proven track record in converting sales opportunities and selling to EPC contractors or industrial clients.
• Strong experience with customer development, opportunity qualification, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Excellent English communication skills, particularly in presenting and preparing proposals.
• A solid understanding of the targeted technical sectors.
• Existing networks within Kuwait or the GCC region are highly preferred.
