We are seeking a skilled Banquet Hall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our banquet and event spaces in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven experience managing large events such as weddings, conferences, and meetings. Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and have a background in the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Banquet Hall Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating various types of events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to hospitality standards. This role requires close collaboration with departments including Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations to deliver seamless service. You will lead, train, and supervise the banquet team, monitor event setups, maintain food quality, and promptly address any guest concerns or operational challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have prior experience as a Banquet Manager, Banquet Hall Manager, F&B Manager, or a similar position within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong expertise in Food & Beverage operations and event management is essential. The role demands excellent leadership abilities, effective communication, and solid organizational skills. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure is crucial for success. A good command of English is necessary, while Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
