Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Precast Production Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a civil engineering degree and have hands-on experience designing and supervising the production of precast concrete elements. This role requires familiarity with the Saudi construction market and a transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage the production process of precast components in line with project specifications
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of precast elements
• Oversee site operations related to precast installation and address any technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and construction standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production workflow

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in the precast production field, particularly within Saudi Arabia
• Ability to design precast elements and manage their production from conception to completion
• Valid transferable Iqama
• Strong communication and coordination skills
