Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Lead Riggers for immediate hire in Qatar. This role requires candidates to have a hands-on background in the oil and gas sector, particularly from Raslaffan, and a high school diploma or equivalent educational level. Effective communication in English is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rigging activities on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members and project managers to organize rigging operations.
• Inspect rigging equipment and materials before use to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication across all levels to ensure smooth task execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas rigging work, specifically within the Raslaffan region.
• Completion of 12th grade (higher secondary education).
• Proficiency in spoken English to communicate effectively on-site and with supervisors.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage rigging teams under demanding circumstances.
