Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Garden Supervisor to join a dynamic team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, landscaping, and garden maintenance, with at least five years of hands-on experience. This role requires overseeing garden planning and plant care to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily gardening activities and maintenance schedules
• Plan and manage planting schemes and garden layouts
• Ensure proper care and upkeep of plants, shrubs, and green areas
• Coordinate with team members to maintain garden standards
• Monitor the health of plants and address any issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Agriculture
• Minimum of five years’ experience in garden supervision or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of planting techniques, garden planning, and maintenance
• Ability to lead and manage gardening teams efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
