Job Overview

We are currently looking to hire a professional Receptionist who is a native Arabic speaker with strong communication capabilities. This role requires a dynamic individual to provide efficient front desk support and assist the Operations Manager in a growing company located in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will manage daily communications, coordinate appointments, and support the operations team. The position involves liaising closely with the Operations Manager, particularly in business segments such as Pest Control, Kitchen Duct Cleaning, and Water Tank Cleaning.

Required Skills

• Native proficiency in Arabic with excellent verbal communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor at the reception desk
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently
• Experience or familiarity with operational services including pest control, kitchen duct, and water tank cleaning is an advantage
