Job Overview
FFICO is seeking skilled and Aramco-approved Quality Control (QC) Inspectors to join major projects in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for specialists in mechanical, welding, cathodic protection, and piping inspection roles with strong backgrounds working on Saudi Aramco projects. Candidates must hold mandatory certifications and have practical experience within the oil and gas sector.
Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
We have openings for the following QC Inspector roles:
- Mechanical QC (Tank) Inspector: Responsible for conducting tank inspections including pre-commissioning and testing. Candidates must possess API 653 certification with in-depth knowledge of API 650 standards.
- Welding QC Inspector: Inspect welding processes and standards to ensure compliance with B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME, API, and AWS codes. Certification such as CSWIP 3.1 or CWI and NDT Level II (PT, RT, UT, and MT) are essential.
- Cathodic Protection QC Inspector: Oversee CP inspection and testing activities predominantly for pipelines, tanks, or facilities, requiring NACE Level 2 certification.
- Piping QC Inspector (Metallic): Monitor quality control of carbon steel piping according to ANSI/ASME B31 codes and ASME BPVC Sections V & IX standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- All applicants must be Aramco approved and have direct experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
- Strong familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards per discipline is mandatory.
- Valid certifications aligned with each role’s technical requirements must be presented.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality control practices within the oil and gas sector.

Candidates must submit verified certifications and proof of Aramco approval to be considered. Practical experience with Saudi Aramco’s standards and procedures is essential across all roles.
