We are seeking a dedicated Female Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Jeddah. This role focuses on channel sales, specifically managing relationships with business partners in the retail sector. You will be the key contact responsible for driving sales of our premium fresh fruits and frozen food products, ensuring steady growth through effective communication and strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will coordinate and manage the entire sales cycle for B2B clients, predominantly retailers and retail chains. Your role includes following up on leads, negotiating deals over the phone, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing excellent customer support. You will adapt quickly to daily changes in pricing and stock availability to maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or channel sales within FMCG or food industries is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and Urdu, with the ability to effectively negotiate over the phone.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling frequent updates in pricing and inventory.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking sales data.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant sales role. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset. This position is exclusively open to female candidates due to the nature of the client interactions involved.
