Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Purchaser with driving experience to join a construction or contracting company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing procurement activities for construction materials, maintaining records, and handling company transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing construction supplies according to company requirements. You will coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, check availability, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintaining accurate purchase records, invoices, and managing petty cash expenses is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to drive the company vehicle for purchasing and other official duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a purchaser cum driver, ideally within a construction or contracting environment.
• Valid Saudi Light Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of local markets, vendors, and suppliers.
• Good negotiation and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Competence in record-keeping and documentation.
• Ability to handle petty cash responsibly.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, well-organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in the construction sector. Candidates must not be Pakistani nationals.
