Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to join a leading manufacturing group based in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have hands-on procurement experience specifically within the flexible packaging industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead procurement activities while collaborating closely with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure seamless material supply and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring contract compliance. Your role will also include negotiating terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or delivery timelines. Partnering with both regional and international suppliers, you will support production requirements by securing essential materials.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of direct procurement experience in the flexible packaging sector.
• Expertise in flexible packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PE films, aluminium foil, resins, inks, adhesives, and solvents.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, supplier development, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proven track record of delivering cost reductions while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience working with suppliers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region as well as international vendors.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree required; CIPS certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience within the Saudi or GCC markets is highly desirable. Candidates with a background exclusively in general procurement or other packaging industries will not be considered unless they have direct flexible packaging procurement expertise.
