Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painting Engineer with BGAS certification to join our team for a project based in Qatar. This role involves overseeing painting and coating operations with a focus on quality and compliance in a dynamic engineering environment. The position is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Painting Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising painting and coating tasks, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with project teams to guarantee timely completion of painting works while maintaining high-quality results. Monitoring material usage, inspecting surface preparations, and coordinating with suppliers will also be part of your daily duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in painting and coating within the GCC region.
• Valid BGAS certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and corrosion control methods.
• Ability to manage projects effectively and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams.

Contract Details

The role is based at RLIC, Qatar, initially for a six-month period. Extensions may be offered based on project progress and performance.
