Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join a growing construction team in Qatar. This role is ideal for candidates with a civil engineering degree and hands-on experience in site operations. The position offers a chance to work closely with project teams and contribute to impactful civil works within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Civil Engineer will be responsible for coordinating site activities, reviewing civil engineering drawings, and assisting with the execution of construction plans. You will collaborate with other engineers and site managers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in site management or construction supervision is preferred.
• Proficient understanding of civil works, site coordination, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail on construction sites.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar for immediate deployment.
