We are seeking a skilled Front Office Executive with strong proficiency in macOS and excellent command of English. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of relevant experience and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and communication tasks using Apple technologies.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage front desk operations efficiently while utilizing their expertise in Apple systems and applications. Responsibilities include organizing files using Finder, handling email communication via Apple Mail, scheduling meetings, and greeting clients professionally. The role also involves basic document management such as scanning, PDF creation, and archiving.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with macOS functions including file organization, folder creation, app installation, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience using Apple Office applications: Pages for document creation and formatting, Numbers for spreadsheets and tracking, and Keynote for presentations.
- Effective use of communication tools such as Apple Mail, Apple Calendar, FaceTime, and Zoom for scheduling and video meetings.
- Competence in scanning documents with an iPhone, creating PDFs, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services like iCloud and Google Workspace for file sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent reception skills encompassing professional phone etiquette, appointment management, client greeting, and confidentiality handling.
