Description

If you are an expert on the Mac with good command over English language and a couple of years experience, you could be the person we are looking for.

Skill sets required:

1. Knowledge of macOS such as:
• File organization using Finder
• Creating and organizing folders
• Screenshots and document sharing
• Installing and updating apps
• Basic troubleshooting

2. Apple Office Apps

They should know how to use:
• Apple Pages – writing letters, reports, formatting documents
• Apple Numbers – simple spreadsheets, lists, expense tracking
• Apple Keynote – preparing presentations

3. Communication Tools

Front office staff should manage:
• Apple Mail – email communication and folders
• Apple Calendar – scheduling meetings and appointments
• FaceTime or Zoom – video meetings

4. Document Handling
• Creating PDFs
• Scanning documents with an iPhone and sending to Mac
• Basic file naming and archiving system

5. Cloud and Sharing

Knowledge of:
• iCloud for file sharing
• Google Workspace if the company uses Google Drive, Docs, etc.

6. Reception Skills

• Professional phone etiquette
• Greeting clients
• Managing appointments
• Handling confidential information

Extra skills that will make you the person that we are looking for :
• Basic bookkeeping or invoice preparation
• Social media posting for the company
• Managing a CRM or contact database
• Event or meeting coordination
