Job Overview

We are actively seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing government relations, meticulous handling of official documentation, and maintaining smooth communication with various Qatar government departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process official documentation with Qatar government entities including MOI, Immigration, Labour, Metrash, and Municipality.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements for permits, approvals, and other formalities.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between the company and government agencies.
• Handle multiple administrative and compliance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in resolving any government-related issues or inquiries promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PRO in Qatar with a strong understanding of government protocols and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with common Qatar government platforms such as MOI, Immigration, Labour, and Municipality systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
• Holding a valid Qatar driving license will be considered beneficial.
