We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor cum Project Coordinator to join a dynamic interior fit-out team based in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience looking to advance their career in quantity surveying and project coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in quantity surveying tasks including measurement take-offs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimation, and managing project variations. Coordination duties will involve supporting project teams in documentation control and schedule tracking to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with quantitative take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, variation management, and documentation processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of PlanSwift software is considered a plus
