Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes with a focus on Indo-Chinese specialties like Manchurian, noodles, fried rice, chilli chicken, and various sauces.
• Execute wok cooking techniques to deliver consistent and flavorful meals.
• Specialize in BBQ and Tandoor cooking, crafting authentic tandoori dishes and breads such as Naan and Rumali Roti.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation while ensuring consistency with authentic recipes.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet service demands.

Required Skills and Experience

• Indian nationality with substantial experience working in busy restaurant kitchens.
• In-depth knowledge of Indo-Chinese culinary methods and ingredients or strong expertise in BBQ and Tandoor cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple dishes simultaneously without compromising quality.
