Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated IT Sales Representative to join our showroom team located in Jeddah on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street. This role involves directly engaging with customers to promote and sell IT and networking solutions in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The sales representative will be responsible for assisting customers with IT products, including switches, WiFi devices, fiber solutions, and door access systems. You will need to provide expert advice, demonstrate product features, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Required Skills

• Fluent Arabic communication skills are essential.
• Practical experience with IT and network equipment such as switches and WiFi systems.
• Knowledge of fiber optic solutions and door access control systems.
• Proven track record of working in sales roles, preferably in IT or related sectors.
• Ability to work effectively across two shifts: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• Residency in Sharifah, Jeddah, or willingness to relocate locally.
• Valid Iqama with transferable status.
