Key Responsibilities

The Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of Korean dishes, ensuring they meet established quality and presentation standards. Daily duties include the preparation of ingredients, sauces, marinades, and side dishes essential to Korean cuisine. Keeping the kitchen clean and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices is crucial. Additionally, the Chef will handle stock management, work to minimize waste, and assist in smooth kitchen operations. Opportunities to contribute to menu development may also arise.
