Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, candidates will be expected to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage teams, and execute quality workmanship. Supervisors and foremen will play a critical role in coordinating projects, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Skilled tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, and ductmen will focus on executing their craft to meet project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the relevant trade or supervisory position
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses preferred
