Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our Centralized Gas System (CGS) sales and project operations in Bahrain. This role demands a highly motivated professional with a deep technical background and proven leadership in managing B2B sales and project execution within the LPG sector.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Engineer overseeing the CGS division, you will:

• Lead and coordinate the sales and project teams to maximize efficiency and teamwork.
• Drive business growth by converting prospective leads, handling inquiries, and securing new contracts.
• Develop strategic sales plans that align with company goals and meet client demands.
• Identify new market opportunities through detailed research and build strong professional networks.
• Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote and position CGS solutions effectively.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure flawless project implementation.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Create a motivating environment that encourages team development and high performance through targeted training initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales and project management within centralized gas systems.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing both sales and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of CGS design principles, industry standards, and project workflows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits with a strategic outlook.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary ranges from BD 1,000 to BD 1,400, complemented by benefits including a company car with fuel allowance, mobile phone SIM, family sponsorship, and an annual ticket after two years of service.
