A well-established company in Bahrain is seeking a qualified female HR Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience supporting HR functions within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting in various human resources operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and facilitating communications with government authorities. This role requires practical knowledge of handling processes related to LMRA, GOSI, SIO, and other regulatory bodies relevant to employment and labor laws in Bahrain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR assistant experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with Bahraini labor regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIO.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
